The CrossFit program is proven to give you efficient, safe, proven results using the prescription of CONSTANTLY VARIED (Meaning your workouts will change daily. You may not see the same routine for months…or maybe never see it again) HIGH INTENSITY (meaning you will work harder over a shorter period of time) FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS ( meaning all movements are natural, effective, and efficient locomotors of the body and external objects. The only difference in training an elite athlete and grandma to be physically fit is the amount of weight and the amount of intensity needed to do each exercise. All workouts are scalable to each individual.
